Two 10 oz (300 g) buffalo rib-eye steaks
1 tbsp (15 mL) olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 tsp (5 mL) chopped garlic

1. Preheat grill to medium-high.
2. Rub steaks with oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic.
3. Grill steaks about 5 to 6 minutes per side for medium-rare, turning once.
